Return Policy

As it’s all handmade to order we are not offering refund. We are happy to offer an exchange and must be returned back within 14 days when the package was delivered to you.

Please note when you return goods within 14 days (other than as a result of a fault in the goods) you must pay the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for or recorded delivery. If the items are not sent back signed or recorded delivery we are not responsible for any lost items. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been damaged or any signs of wear will not be exchanged.
